**THE BASE DOODLE FINGERLESS MITTS 2** will keep your hands cozy while sporting your favorite colorwork motifs! The simple shape and easy construction makes these a fast, satisfying project! You can get as creative as you want with patterns, textures, or just knit it plain. The options are endless! **NOTE: Colorwork samples shown as examples of what you can do with this "base" pattern. Because every motif works with every pattern shape, Doodle Patterns enable endless customization within one pattern! **Our Base Doodle Patterns** are the first step in the Doodle Framework! Choose any Base Doodle Pattern, choose charts from any Collection, choose your yarns, and start knitting! These mitts start with a simple ribbed cuff, followed by a section of optional colorwork. Work the thumb hole, a second short colorwork section, then finish with upper ribbing. **SIZES** Approx. 6 (8, 10) in [15 (20, 25) cm] circumference. Approx. 7-8 (8-9, 9-10) in [18-20 (20-23, 23-25) cm] finished length. **YARN** Any DK, light worsted, or sport weight yarn that meets gauge. Doodles are designed to use leftover yarn, yarn advents, or any other small batches of colorways in your stash. Yarn shown is a suggestion from the Designer. Alternative yarns are encouraged.
