The 'Double DK' Beanie Hat

This beanie is a great pattern for beginners and a fantastic stash buster! Each beanie uses approx 87 meters of yarn per ball. Your finished beanie will measure approx 10.2" wide and 8" tall. Materials and Tools You will need a 7mm hook and two balls of DK (double knit) yarn which you will use together.  You'll also need a stitch marker, a darning needle and some scissors. Pattern Notes This pattern is written in U.S terms.  Use a stitch marker in the first stitch of every round, to help you keep count of your stitches.  The chain stitches at the beginning of each round do not count as a stitch.
