Flora Tie Skirt

This tie skirt pattern is perfect as a beachy cover up or skirt over pants layering piece. It is worked top down and is made to measure so it can be made for any size and is designed so you can try it on as you go. Only basic sc, dc, and hdc stitches are used so I recommend this pattern to beginner/intermediate crocheters who are familiar with working lace patterns. Materials used: 3mm crochet hook 4 skeins katia capri mercerized cotton (50 gram = 125 meters) Stitch markers Scissors I made this pattern with 400 meters of lace weight yarn and a 3mm hook but the pattern can be worked with any fine to medium weight yarn as long as you scale up to the recommended hook size on your yarn. I used a mercerized cotton yarn but I recommend anything that is lightweight and won't become too fuzzy or pill.
