Burwick Bookmark

The Burwick Bookmark is an advanced beginner crochet pattern that is written in both Fingering (#1) and ww (#4) yarn. It is a very quick crochet project that is worked in rows from the bottom up. The PDF includes the written pattern that is easy to read and photo tutorials of special stitches and stitch placement. The yarn used in this pattern is Loops & Threads Woollike (#1) and Red Heart solid ww (#4) stash yarn. Any ww yarn and 4mm hook will work for this pattern! Testers have easily substituted Bernat Handicrafter, WeCrochet Dishie. Materials used: Very small amount of fingering weight yarn (#1) OR worsted weight (#4) yarn. 1.25mm hook OR 4mm (G) hook Measuring Tape Scissors Size - Approx. 6.5” x 2” **Gauge is not essential for this project** This bookmark is easy to customize. Feel free to make it as long or short as you want by continuing the 4 row repeat. NOTES: This is an advanced beginner crochet pattern written in US terms.
