Amaryllis Dress

The Amaryllis Dress pattern offers build-your-own-dress instructions and is intended for more experienced crocheters. You can choose between an A-line silhouette and a fit and flare silhouette. The skirt and bodice are worked bottom-up and there are two neckline options to choose from. The pattern is also made-to-measure, meaning you follow the dimensions of your own gauge swatch and get to choose yarn weight and hook size. Yarn choice: for better results, I recommend choosing a lace, super fine or fingering yarn to avoid creating a garment that is too heavy. Testers covered sizes XS-2XL and used between 700 and 2,000 yards of yarn. With enough yarn, though, this design can be made in any size - even child size.
