this skirt is made with the prompt 'freedom of water' for a culture competition :) i think skirts are all about freedom, freedom of being yourself and the flowiness and all that, so this project was perfect! it's such a simple pattern, but with the correct choice of yarn it looks amazing. you can make either a two-layered or a single-layered skirt :)
