**ABOUT THE PATTERN (FREE PATTERN)** Pope Basic Drop Shoulder Sweater is a relaxed wardrobe staple, designed to keep you company every day. I’ve used this construction in many of my designs, and it continues to be one of my favorites because it offers a comfortable fit and is incredibly versatile for your closet. It’s the kind of sweater you’ll want to knit in all your favorite colors—and make again and again. It’s worked from the top down, starting with a provisional cast-on. You begin by knitting the back, then pick up stitches to work the front pieces down to the underarm. From there, the body is joined and worked in the round. The sleeves are picked up and knit in the round as well, so there’s no seaming involved. **SIZES** 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9) Recommended ease: 10 cm- 15 cm” / 4–6” of positive ease. He utilizado esta construcción en varios diseños anteriores, y sigue siendo una de mis favoritas porque ofrece un ajuste cómodo y es increíblemente versátil para tu clóset. Quise incluir este diseño en mi colección de básicos porque siento que representa esa mezcla perfecta entre simplicidad y estilo. Es el tipo de sweater que querrás tejer en todos tus colores favoritos... y repetir una y otra vez. Se teje de arriba hacia abajo, comenzando con un montaje provisional. Primero se teje la espalda, luego se levantan puntos para trabajar las piezas delanteras hasta la sisa. Desde ahí, el cuerpo se une y se trabaja en circular.
