Level Up Crochet Advent Baby Blanket (DK)

The Level Up Crochet Advent Baby Blanket now comes in a DK weight version! This design is based on my popular Crochet Advent Baby Blanket design, with some added details like straight edges and a solid finish, to give an extra professional touch. This pattern is designed to make a blanket using a yarn advent calendar comprised of: * 24 or 25 X 20g/45m (0.7oz/49yd) mini skeins and * 1 X 100g/224m (3.5oz/246yd) skein, all in DK weight/8ply yarn. The photographed example is made using the Louie & Lola Yarns 2024 Easy Like a Sunday Morning advent calendar. After the border and initial set-up rows, there are only 2 rows to memorise in this pattern, making it the perfect relaxing project for a busy time of year! This blanket’s size makes it an ideal baby blanket, pram blanket, pet blanket, lap blanket, or a decorative throw. The finished dimensions of the blanket will be approximately 70cm X 75cm (27.5in X 29.5in) using 24 mini skeins. This pattern is suitable for a beginner, with photos and a chart included for additional support. This pattern is available in US and UK versions.
