Delicate and intricate ice crystals are truly mesmerising. Remember to hold your breath; you wouldn’t want to melt them! While snuggled under the Crystals blanket, you can appreciate their beauty and stay warm, all without the worry of melting away their charm. The blanket is worked in one piece in mosaic garter stitch panels alternated by the simple garter and slip stitch sections. The size is easily adjustable by making more or fewer repeats. The charts are also given in reversed colours for ease of use in case you decide to swap the light and dark colours in your blanket. The sample was made in Aran / 10 ply weight acrylic yarn. Different yarn weights and fibres can be used. Using different fibres affects the size of the blanket and the amount of yarn needed.
