Hellnar

Hellnar is a nearly-seamless yoke sweater, knit in the round from the bottom up. The body and sleeves are worked in the round from lower edge to underarms, then joined to work the yoke in the round. At the top of the body (back) there are some extra rows worked back and forth to make it higher at the back. The Yoke pattern is a mix of knit and purl sts to give the pattern more texture. Hellnar is available in eight sizes and is knitted with traditional Icelandic knitting techniques.
