This is a chunky oversized version of the original closely-fitted [Parnassia pullover] (/patterns/library/parnassia). Drawing inspiration from the delicate beauty of the Parnassia flower, this design is a harmonious blend of nature and elegance. The intricate lace pattern reflects the flower’s graceful symmetry, with soft textures and gentle curves woven into every detail. The pattern mirrors the veins of the Parnassia petals, while a playful ruffle and voluminous baloon sleeves add a romantic touch to the design. Knit seamlessly from the top down in the round, 
the design features a round yoke with a beautifully detailed, petal-like pattern. The boxy body offers a relaxed silhouette, complemented by balloon sleeves, which gather at the cuffs. Simple half-twisted ribbing on the hem balances the overall soft and romantic look. The length and puffiness of the sleeves can be easily modified.  incl. ca. 15-20 cm (6-8 in) of the recommended positive ease. The sample is shown in size 2 on a 160 cm (5’ 3”)

 shown in colourway Red Brown; or ca. 533 (622, 710, 799, 918) (1036, 1184, 1362, 1554) m // 583 (680, 777, 874, 1004) (1133, 1295, 1490, 1700) yds of any other **aran weight yarn** to match the gauge. The MC yardage estimation includes 5% extra,

5.0 mm (US 8) circular needles; * spare cables, spare circular needles or 
scrap yarn to keep sts on hold; * at least three stitch markers; * a crochet hook (any size close to the main needle size) for crochet bind-off; * a tapestry needle to weave in the ends. **Gauge** ----- * 16 sts & 20 rnds in 10 cm (4 in) on
