Puff Sleeve Dress

Puff Sleeve Dress is worked up from the waist, the skirt is worked down from the waist. The sleeves are worked at the end, attached as you go, no seaming needed. It’s possible to leave it sleeveless. Skirt length is very easy to adjust.
