Cherry Blossom Sweater

The Cherry Blossom Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. This means you can try it on as you go and add length to suit your own personal style! The neck edge is worked in rib, which is then folded double. The circular yoke is shaped with increases. After completing the yoke, a few short rows are worked to raise the back and give an excellent fit to the sweater. The body and sleeves are worked in the round and finished with rib edges. ***In this pattern you will find written instructions and many video tutorials attached that will help you in the most important steps.*** The Cherry Blossom Sweater is designed to have approx. 10 – 20 cm of positive ease. **Sizes** XS, (S), M, (L), XL, (XXL), to fit a bust circumference of: 80 – 85; (85 – 90); 90 – 95; (95 – 100); 100 – 110; (110 – 120) cm; 31 ½ - 33 ½; (33½ - 35½); 35½ - 37½; (37½ - 39½); 39½ - 43¼; (43¼ - 47¼) inches **Finished measurements** (after wet blocking) Circumference: 90, (98), 106, (114), 122, (130) cm. Length (including the neck ribbing): 53, (55), 58, (62), 65, (66) cm. Sleeve length measured from the armhole: 43, (44), 45, (46), 47, (48) cm. (long version only) **Gauge** 10 x 10 cm = 15 sts x 12 rounds with 4.5 mm hook in hdc worked in the round. Wash and block the sample before measuring. **Hooks and tools** 4.5 mm for the main pattern, or size needed to meet gauge; 5 mm for the foundation chain. You will also need scissors, some stitch markers, a measuring tape and a tapestry needle. **Recommended yarns** *Long sleeved version:* 10, 11, 12, 12, 13, 14 balls of any sport weight yarn. For mine I used Sport wool by Filati Bertagna composed of 50% virgin wool and 50% acrylic. One ball has 50 g/125 m. *Short-sleeved version:* 1 ball of Scheepjes Whirl degrade (215 g/1000 m) held together with 4 balls of Silky Lace from Katia (50 g/260 m). ***Please note that the amount of yarn is an estimate and may vary if you make any changes to your work or if you use a different kind of yarn than the one indicated in the pattern.*** Shown in size M. Avrai bisogno di alcuni marcapunti rimovibili, forbici, metro, e un ago da maglia. **Filati utilizzati** *Versione a maniche lunghe:* Lana Sport di Filati Bertagna composto da 50% lana vergine e 50% acrilico. Un gomitolo ha 50 gr/125 m.
