Skye Cable Sweater- DK

Skye DK is a fun textured and cabled sweater. It has a modern oversized fit and is worked top down. The sweater features European or Diagonal Shoulders meaning that the shoulder seam sits slightly down the back from the top of your actual shoulders. This gives the sweater a beautiful fit in this area. The slope of the shoulders is created using shadow wrap short rows. The side seams are sewn together with mattress stitch. The neckband is picked up and worked in 1x1 rib. All the ribs are cast off using an Italian Bind-off for a beautifully professional finish. Charts are provided for the pattern. This pattern is suitable for intermediate knitters.
