Wee Gnome

This Wee little Gnome works up quickly, with minimal sewing (nose only), and uses very little yarn. Using the hook and yarn suggested, he stands approximately 3 1/2" tall. Stitches used in this pattern - MR – magic ring ch - chain st(s) – stitch(es) slst – slip stitch sc – single crochet hdc – half double crochet dc – double crochet FLO – front loop only BLO – back loop only sc-inc – increase (work 2 single crochet in the same space) hdc-inc – increase (work 2 half double crochet in the same space) dc-inc – increase (work 2 double crochet in the same space) dec – decrease (using the invisible method pick up the FLO of next 2 sts, (yarn over & pull through 2 loops)
