Simbelmynë

Simbelmynë is designed specifically for the Moogly 2017 CAL. The delicate floral center and lightly lacy rounds make this afghan block look intricate, but it's really quite easy to make. The pattern uses only chains, single, half double, and double crochets and works up quickly. It's perfect for a beginner who's ready to see just what else can be done with basic stitches - or for an experienced crocheter to breeze through. Designer's note: If you've made my patterns before you'll want to take note that this was designed with a larger hook and has a finished per side stitch count of 36 (not my usual stitch count).
