Cute Baby Octopus Toy

This cute baby octopus is made with a round body and eight tentacles. It is destined to a child but it is so cute your may want to keep it on your shelve ! The pattern is very easy to follow with step-by-step pictures. You can try it as your first crochet work. If you are used to crochet amigurumis you can download the shorter pattern without pictures. **HOOK** This pattern can be worked with any hook you want. Refer to your yarn’s hook size recommendations and go one size smaller : it will give structure to your octopus. **YARN** This pattern has been tested with Worsted, Bulky and Aran yarn (10-12 ply). Keep in mind the yarn you choose should be slightly bigger than your crochet size. You will need 2 yarn colors : - Main color : about 120-150m / 131-164 yards of yarn - Secondary color : about 80-120m / 87-131 yards of yarn. You can use more than one secondary color to have multicolor tentacles.
