These little sun and crescent moon motifs are designed to be companions of each other. They result in the same finished size size, so that they can be combined together into a larger project. By crocheting through the back loop, the motifs appear very crisp and neat. Using the recommended yarn and hook size, the resulting squares are approximately 4 in by 4 in, or 10 cm by 10 cm.
