it literally feels like you are wearing the coziest blanket in the world but looks amazing, and is so easy to put on. Use it instead of a top or as a piece you wear over a shirt instead of a sweater. The construction is pretty easy, you work the rib using increases, then switch to stockinette, then switch back to the rib when the increases have been completed. The 1x1 rib collar is applied at the end, and is optional if you want a more summer-like piece that does not have it. As far as color changes go: i wound the balls, dark to light, and the other light to dark. Started with light, then ended with light, picked up ribbing on collar with light again I could live in this all year, mostly because the yarn is heavenly 80 merino/ 20 silk is the perfect combination. Rating: great for advanced beginners (must learn M1, and Cdd double decrease). Purl and knit are used too.
