PATTERN INFORMATION + Your PDF purchase includes written instructions and helpful photographs to aid in construction. + The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology. + The pattern is formatted to have one featured image at the beginning of the pattern for reference with all other full-sized images at the end for easy, optional printing. SKILLS NEEDED + The skill level needed is beginner. + The techniques you will need to know include: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, single crochet increase and decrease, and the adjustable (magic) ring. + Hand embroidery is also used in this project. MATERIALS NEEDED (more specifics are noted within the pattern) + yarn in your choice of colors (about 35 yds/32 m of worsted/aran) + a size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook + stitch markers + tapestry needle + stuffing + pins + scissors + embroidery floss + embroidery needle + chopstick to help stuff FINISHED MEASUREMENTS + Using hook size E/4 (3.5 mm) and worsted yarn the Cat Egg measures approximately 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) tall including the ears. + Using hook size 1.50 mm and size 10 crochet thread the Miniature Cat Egg measures approx. 1.25 inches (3.1 cm) tall.
