If you find that your flat and in the round gauge differ a lot, check both a flat and in the round gauge swatch. **Notions:** 2 spare cables or waste yarn to hold the back and shoulders, at least 1 sliding marker. **Difficulty: Confident beginner.** Techniques include optional German short rows, knitwise and purlwise increases, picking up stitches and knitting in the round. All techniques are standard, and tutorials can easily be found online. **Construction & Modifications:** The slipover is knit from the top down, first the back panel in knit, stitches are then picked up for the shoulder and the front panels are knit. The front and back are then joined and the body is worked in the round. Stitches are picked up for the armholes and neckline. The pattern includes multiple suggested modifications including instructions for optional short row shaping of the back, round and V neck options and an optional split hem. You can of course modify the pattern further by using 2x2 or twisted rib or adding other details. **Sample information:** * **Round neck blue boucle:** Size B knit in a single strand of Gepard Teddy Dear (75m/50g) worn on a 34”/86cm bust and used a total of 210g / 314m.
