The Clancy Hat is a beginner friendly pattern with the knowledge of a few basic crochet stitches. It is constructed completely flat, with seaming and applied ribbing at the end. The pattern is designed for one size but can an be adjusted to fit a larger or smaller head with simple modifications. You can wear the hat as a full faced balaclava or roll the brim up to wear it as a cute “cat ear” style beanie. **This pattern has not been tested or tech edited.
