And if you need a quick knitted gift, this pattern will be off your needles and ready to wrap in no time! **Why you will love knitting Snowchaser:** * It has beginner-friendly, detailed instructions, with stitch counts provided any time there is a change, so you’ll know you’re on track every step of the way. * The linear stitch pattern is simple to work; no hold-ups for complicated stitches! * The hat looks great with or without a pompom. * The pattern includes 3 sizes, so you can knit this hat for everyone from older children through large adults. **Skills** in this pattern: knit, purl, kfb, k2tog, p2tog. **Sizes**: Small (medium, large) with finished circumference approximately 18.5 (20, 21.5)"/45 (47.5, 50) cm to fit heads up to 21 (22.5, 24)”/52.5 (56, 59) cm. **Gauge**: 12 sts and 15 rounds to 4"/10 cm in stockinette stitch. **Yarn**: Super bulky yarn, approximately 90 (100, 110) grams/65 (75, 80) yards/60 (68, 75) meters. The sample was made with Madelinetosh ASAP, a 100% wool single-ply yarn with 94 yards to 132 grams. Other bulky wool or wool-blend yarns would work well.
