Pebbly Tee

The Pebbly tee is the 3rd design in the Pebbly collection. The solid and textured stitches make the designs in this collection both practical to wear and give a beautiful look. SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate LANGUAGES AVAILABLE: English PATTERN HIGHLIGHTS: - Worked top-down - Seamless construction PATTERN TYPE: Made to measure This pattern is written in a "measure yourself" style, which means it does not contain any specific stitch counts, yardages, gauges, or sizes. Instead, you will measure on yourself (or the one you make it for) to get the perfect fit. It also means you can choose the yarn and yarn weight you want to work with. If you want to make a form-fitting tee, I would highly recommend using bamboo yarn or another yarn with a lot of stretch. This will result in a super comfortable garment, even though it is form-fitting! How much yarn you will need depends on the chosen yarn and the size you make. Below you can see how much yarn was used to make the samples. When purchasing the pattern, you will also get the opportunity to download a lookbook with the beautiful versions made by the testers. There you will also find which yarn they used and how much. TO MAKE THE PEBBLY TEE YOU WILL NEED: Yarn of your choice A crochet hook that fits the chosen yarn Stitch markers Scissors Tapestry needle WHAT I USED TO MAKE THE SAMPLES (SIZE XS): The red/burgundy sample: Yarn: Tencel bamboo fine - Go handmade (60% bamboo, 40% tencel) Yarn weight: super fine Length on the tee: long Amount of yarn: approx. 1155 meters/1265 yards Hook size: 3mm Making this tee with super fine yarn took a long time, but was definitely worth the effort. The light brown sample: Yarn: Bjørk - Viking garn (50% bamboo, 50% cotton) Yarn weight: sport, but I used 2 strands held together Length on the tee: cropped Amount of yarn: approx. 625 meters/685 yards per strand Hook size: 5mm The beige-colored sample: Yarn: Gjestal solid (50% wool, 30% alpaca, 20% nylon) Yarn weight: DK Length on the tee: cropped sweater with 3/4 length sleeves Amount of yarn: approx 1000 meters/ 1095 yards Hook size: 4 mm THIS IS A CROCHET PATTERN ONLY, NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT
