This heirloom blanket will stand the test of time with it’s classic, timeless fabric and beautiful textures. Available in two sizes, this is a lovely gift that will be treasured and cuddled for years. Pretty, yet unpretentious, it’s a fun knit stitch sampler project that produces a lovely piece. Choose your favorite color and enjoy! Materials: 7 (9) Lion Brand Hue + Me Chunky #5 yarn in Whisper Pattern uses approximately 750 (1000) grams of yarn US size 15, 36” circular needles (blanket is knit flat) Scissors Tapestry needle Measuring Tape Size (approximate): Lapghan: 46” x 42” Throw: 46” x 51” The small size is listed first in ( ) throughout the pattern as necessary. Gauge: Approximately 10 sts and 12 rows in 4” x 4” Pattern Notes: This pattern is worked from the bottom up. It features a Garter Stitch border and various easy stitches within the pattern. You will work Stockinette, Seed Stitch, Garter Stitch, and Irish Moss Stitch. The pattern calls for circular needles in order to fit all of the stitches on the needles even though it is knit flat.
