2-Color Mittens

NOTES 1. Mittens begin with a ribbed cuff worked in rows. Cuff strip is joined into a circle, and sts are worked along edge of cuff for Mitten. Mitten is then worked in joined rnds. 2. Yarn color is changed to form stripes. To change yarn color, work last st of old color to last yarn over. Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st. Proceed with new color. Do not cut old color until instructed. Carry old color carefully up inside of piece.
