The Woods Hat~ The Woods hat is a classic 2 x 2 ribbed hat but with a twist. It is worked from the bottom up and has a folded brim. There are 3 sizes available that are suitable for the whole family. Sizes: S (M) L Measurements: Width: 6.5 (8.75) 11” [17 (22) 28cm] measured at the widest point of the body flat Length: 9.5 (10.5) 11.75” [24 (27) 30cm] from cast on edge to the tip of the crown unfolded *Due to the stretchiness of the ribbing, this hat will stretch in width to accommodate a variety of head circumferences Gauge: 22 sts x 26 rounds = 4 x 4” [10 x 10cm] in 2 x 2 rib unstretched, on US 6, 4mm needles 1) *k2, p2* repeat * to * until end of round Repeat round 1 until gauge swatch measures at least 4 x 4” [10 x 10cm].
