This lightweight version is designed with a new and improved version of the convertible method that we’ve come to know and love in the original DK weight version. This pattern features a full convertible version, a fingerless version, and an optional i-cord, all in one. Choose a size with a little positive ease, especially for little ones. Hand & thumb lengths are adjustable. *Shown in Size Adult S.* <h2>Gauge</h2> 28 sts and 38 rounds = 4 x 4” / 10 x 10cm in stockinette stitch knit in the round. <h2>Yarn Selection </h2> Choose a superwash wool yarn for easier care, or a non-superwash yarn (as shown) for a more cohesive fabric that blooms and promotes more warmth. 1 hank of [The Wandering Flock’s Baby Paca][1] base (50% Extra Fine Merino, 30% Baby Alpaca, 20% Nylon) in the colorway Moonstone OR 90, 110, 140 (180, 220, 250) yards / 80, 100, 130 (170, 200, 230) meters of fingering weight yarn. Additional yarn is needed for I-cord, if working. <h2>Needles</h2> DPN’s or long circular needles for preferred style of knitting small circumferences in sizes: **A (Main Fabric):** US2 / 2.75mm, or size to obtain gauge **B (Ribbing):** US0 / 2 mm, or two sizes smaller than the above.
