Shell Stitch Wrist Warmers

This pattern begins by working the band in the flat, crocheting the two ends together and working the remainder in the round. You’ll want to be comfortable working the shell stitch. Refer to my video tutorial for a demonstration: [How to crochet the shell stitch with Brittany][1] As mentioned in the gauge section, if you follow this pattern and use the recommended supplies your wrist warmers are a suitable size for a teen or small adult. You can modify the sizing slightly by changing the gauge. You can try going up a hook size and/or using heavier weight yarn.
