Ornate Coasters

**Pattern Details:** * Refer to Appendix A for example project details. * Skill Level: Intermediate * Yarn: DK/8ply/Cat. 3 weight yarn, ~11g/0.4oz per coaster. Low-pill or non-pill, easy wash fibre (such as cotton, cotton blends, bamboo blends, and certain acrylics). * Hook: Use yarn label instructions as a guide for selecting hook size. Swatch to determine the optimal hook size for your tension. * Coaster Size: ~13-15cm/5-6in in diameter. * Gauge: Specific gauge not required. * Stitch Terminology: US. Refer to Abbreviations and Special Stitch Instructions. * Pattern Synopsis: Constructed in the round, initially as a continuous spiral. The spiral is then closed.
