Astrid's GeNiUS potholders

After my Table of elements blanket, I was playing around with elements to make some words. The list I came up with is long, both words and names can be written with these. I chose a few fun ones to make, and here is my first. Done in Interlocking crochet, these potholders are fun, quick to make, great stash busters and make the perfect gift. And of course, make the perfect potholder (as long as you don’t use acrylic yarn which may melt if in contact with heat). The pattern comes with extra instructions on the technique, as well as charts and full written instructions. Also, a photo tutorial on how to get started is included.
