This is a fun neck warmer with a button/snap fastener closure. A level of patience is required for this pattern in order to achieve the unique look produced by the fringe. Four sizes are suggested in the pattern, small, medium, large and extra large This is a written pattern available in UK and US Terminology. It comes with photos and graphs. Linked stitches are used and I would label this as an intermediate level. Patience is required to achieve the split, fluffy look on the fringing.
