**THE FANTASY DOODLE COWL** is inspired by epic fantasy adventures and tales of bravery, mythical creatures, and enchanted lands! This pattern includes 24 all new motifs, including castles, dragons, unicorns, pegasus, pixies, swords, axe, bows & arrows, shields, treasure maps, keys, treasure chests, potions, crowns, wizard hats, knight helmets, and more! Or you can substitute ANY other Doodle charts! This pattern is worked in the round, beginning with a ribbed bottom edge, followed by design-your-own stranded colorwork, and finished with ribbing along the top edge. SIZE(S) Adult Small (Medium, Large)* Available in standard and tapered fits. MEASUREMENTS Height: 12 in 30 cm Circumference: 20 (24, 28) in 50 (60, 70) cm YARN Any DK, light worsted, or sport weight yarn. Sample uses Fangirl Fibers Merino DK base, 100% Superwash Merino Wool, 100 g skeins, 231 yards 211 m Colors: Dragon Rider Yardage listed in total yards per size due to the customizable nature of this pattern. 340 (400, 465) yards 311 (366, 425) meters Approx. (1) 100g skein main color and (3-6) 20g skeins accent colors OR Approx. (5-6) 50g skeins for all colors NOTE: Tapered version will use slightly less yardage than the standard cowl due to the decreases near the top of the cowl.
