The cowl is knitted in the round, with ribbed borders in CC both on the bottom and on the top to keep it from rolling. The stitch pattern looks much more complicated than it actually is, because it’s based on a mosaic structure, i.e. it’s worked using only one color at a time. The colorwork “movement” is underlined by small cables that are very easy to work without a cable needle. <hr/> **Finished size:** 44 cm/17.5” circumference and 15 cm/6” height. <big>**Yarn**</big> *Malabrigo Yarn Mechita* (100% Merino; 420 yards [384 meters]/100 g). **MC:** 247 Whale’s Road, approx 90 m[98.5 yds]. **CC:** 013 Oro, approx 60 m [65.5 yds]; <big>**Needles**</big> Your preferred system for working small circumferences (minicirculars, DPNs, long circular for magic loop..) in size needed to obtain gauge and one size smaller.
