Just make sure all the yarn used is the same weight and it should still work. I’ve used Classic 8PLY Wool from Bendigo Woollen Mills for my lizard. I haven’t specified colours through this pattern, as you can feel free to play with whatever colours you would like! Measuring the largest options brings me to about 120 metres (131 yards) of yarn for one lizard, though this will change depending on your yarn used, gauge, and options chosen. ➔ 2.75mm crochet hook to keep the stitches nice and tight.
