C2C Open Block Stitch Blanket

Learn how to crochet a Corner to Corner Open Block Stitch rectangular blanket complete with its very own foundation border to which you can add any border you fancy! For my blanket and foundation border row I used 3.5 balls of James Brett Aurora Double Knitting yarn in the shade "AU11" for the blanket with a 4mm Hook For the border I used 1 ball of Hayfield Bonus DK in Cream for the border with a 4mm Hook. This gave me a blanket approximately 36” x 41.5” in size (92cm x160cm) including the border You can use any yarn you so wish for this blanket.
