The body is knitted to a cropped or standard length, followed by a few rows of underarm shaping. The scyes and shoulders are then shaped with short rows, and the back neck is worked higher than the front, creating a well fitting yet easy silhoutte. Using a bind off that combines the three needle technique with i-cord, the shoulders are joined, and a neat corded edge is worked along the side seams, around the neckline and the armscyes.
