Cuore Tee

A delightful knit full of small textural details, this design features a pattern of hearts cascading down the yoke of the tee. Delicate lace, DK gauge, and a straight silhouette make the top a perfect addition to a warmer weather wardrobe. Cuore Tee is worked from the top down seamlessly with the round yoke. The lines of the lace are made crisp with the twisted stitches, and twisted ribbing is used for the neckline, cuffs, and hem. Wrapped stitches travel from the yoke down to the body of the tee, adding some visual interest and making it more entertaining to knit. The neck is shaped with short rows for a comfortable fit. It transitions into the lace yoke with a line of wrapped stitches. - Once the yoke is completed, stitches for the sleeves are placed onto waste yarn and underarm stitches are cast on. Body is worked in the round until the desired length, then finished off with a line of wrapped stitches and half twisted rib. - Sleeve stitches are transferred onto the working needles, underarm stitches picked up, and short sleeves are worked in the round.
