Top of the Cedars

This pattern is a baby version similar to my popular adult hats [Spruce][1] and [Where the Forest Meets the sky][2]. If you knit this version and post as a project, I'll also send you those for free. The hat can be made with regular stranded knitting or ladderback jackard; the latter gives great results for high contrast wool, but requires a bit more work. I have included a plain chart and a chart detailing the ladderback jackard stitches.
