Silly Bear

A silly bear pattern that sits in (my) hand nicely. I used worsted weight (size 4) yarn, and a 3.5 mm hook. You can use any yarn you would like, just make sure to adjust your hook as well. My finished bear came out to be around 5 inches tall, but the size may change depending on what material and hook you use. Recommended materials: -any color worsted weight yarn -size 3.5 mm crochet hook -darning needle (preferably metal) -stitch marker -sewing needle and thread -a couple of pins to hold pieces in place while attaching -two (or more/less) buttons of your choice for the eyes -something to stuff the bear with, such as polyfil or scrap yarn -thin black yarn for the nose -scissors This pattern requires you to sew around 11 crocheted body pieces to the main body.
