Checkered Shoulder Bag

This basic crochet checkered shoulder bag is the perfect summer accessory! It’s crocheted in just one piece, with barely any sewing, and you end up with only four loose ends. The free written pattern and video tutorial make this a great pattern for beginners! You can change the width and height of the bag with no changes to the rest of the pattern. Changing the depth of the bag will have to include changes to the pattern for the body and strap. Requires 2 different color yarns for a checkered pattern. Can make a solid shoulder bag by skipping color changes!
