Plunder Butt!

He's a fantastic beast! Your Plunder Butt will stand 10-12" tall. The fictional animal comes in many different colors, so have fun with the colors! You'll need scrap amounts of the cream color used for the beak, hands, and feet. The main color will be about 300-350 yards. You may choose to embroider or felt on details. Materials: • 4 weight yarn in a main color (300-350 yards) and cream colors (scrap amounts) I recommend using Crafters Secret Big Idea or Caron One Pound • Poly-fil • Safety eyes 10mm or whatever size you’d like to complete the look you’re going for • Stitch marker • Scissors • Hemostat (this really helps with stuffing the smaller pieces. A pencil with a good eraser on it will work, too.) 2 Optional: • Single felting needle • Puffy paints or make up for shading on beak • Wires for arms and tail (I used 12 gauge wire) • Pet hair brush • Tape for the wires I used a 3.5 mm hook but you can use whatever hook you'd like; just be sure that there are no holes between your stitches.
