BYO Party Sweater

The BYO Party Sweater is knit top-down, in a raglan construction, and is designed to be worn with 6 inches (15.25 centimeters) of positive ease at chest, bust, or fullest body circumference. The sleeves are wide at the upper arm, then decrease rapidly below the elbow for an extended “cuff” using 2x2 ribbing. The yardage requirements listed above are for plied yarns.* **SUGGESTED NEEDLES & NOTIONS** Main: US 9 (5.5 mm) circular, 32 inches/80 centimeters or longer needles for the body, and preferred needles for smaller circumference knitting for sleeves, cuffs, and (optional) collar. Waist Ribbing (cuffs): US 10 (6.0 mm) circular, 32 inches/80 centimeters or longer needles for the ribbing at the waist; if you want a looser ribbing at the cuffs, use preferred needles for smaller circumference knitting.
