Salt Water Taffy Headband

Welcome to my newest design the Salt Water Taffy Headband! This headband is knit in super bulky weight yarn using size US 13/9 mm needles. It has a twist pattern that makes it pop. When designing this pattern and knitting it up it reminded me of the way salt water taffy is made and that is how I came up with the name. There will be video tutorials for the special stitches as well as written instructions. This pattern knits up super quick and is super snuggly. The headbands measure 9 by 5.5 inches and has great coverage. I used Honey and Clover knits hand dyed super bulky weight yarn in Jill’s Rainbow Bright. I also used Pocono Yarn Company in Cosmic Hopscotch. You can use Malabrigo Rasta, Baah Mammoth, Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick or any super bulky weight size 6.
