Ruegen is a super cool top with a unique construction method! It's **knit from side to side**, creating **vertical geometric panels** that are reminiscent of the chalk cliffs of Ruegen, an island in Germany. The **alternating garter stitch and stockinette sections** make the project really fun to knit. **Short-row shaping** helps to create crisp garter triangles, while the **integrated I-Cord edge** creates a sleek finish.
