It is the right balance between complex and chill, slow and quick. This knit is a flowy blouse worked from the top-down, with lace sleeves, a gorgeous collar and a stunning v-neck opening. This pattern is written for intermediate to advanced knitters and is perfect for knitters who want to try their hand at lace knitting! This knit was designed in a way for the fabric to be loose and airy with a slight sheer texture, through working with fingering weight, plant-fiber yarn and 4mm (US 6) needles. All of this combined creates the perfect garment for warmer weather. This pattern has it all – written instructions, instructional photos, graphics charts and video tutorials… Tips and advice are pointed out throughout the pattern to help you, too. The goal is for your knitting experience to be pleasant and the pattern is written in such a way for that goal to be achieved! What makes this pattern unique? • Top-down construction, with 3-stitch raglans. • A deep v-neck. • Cartridge Belt Rib Stitch is used in place of traditional ribbing. • The sleeves are in a lace pattern as well, and have the option to be either long or short, or anywhere in between. • Made-to-measure shaping in the body to create the flare effect.
