Hoppy the bunny

Hoppy the bunny is a toy I designed without stuffing so it can be easily washed and dried. The legs are made first so they can be added to the toy for a seamless design. Surface crochet is used for adding the tail. The nose is crocheted and sewn on with the tail of thread and the facial features are embroidered on. A quick project to give at a baby shower or to sell at a craft fair. The toy is crocheted using two worsted weight yarns held together. Even the tail used two strands of kitchen cotton. The nose is crocheted using DMC floss.
