Valentine's Scrunchie

Need an easy way to dress up for Valentine's Day? This scrunchie can be worked up quickly and the dangly tassels make for a fun look! You can add as many tassels as you would like, and customize the length to fit your hair! Make with either worsted weight #4 yarn or light worsted #3 yarn!
