Moby Neck

Moby Neck is worked in texture and cable patterns up the back, up and over the shoulders, and down across the front. An opening for the head is worked, where stitches are picked up and knitted along for the turtleneck collar. Moby Neck is shaped like a square at the back and like a trapezoid at the front. The pattern uses the techniques Italian cast on and Italian bind off. Knit a swatch before beginning the project to check if the recommended needle size gives you the correct gauge.
