When I think of babies immediatly I think of bonnets. Babies and toddlers need a warm head and warm feet. In my (maybe not so) humble opinion a lot of wool keeps children healthy. At least that worked with ours. **Design Construction:** The bonnet is knitted as a rectangular from the forehead to the back of the head. After the last row the sts are joined with kitchener stitch. Then sts are picked up on the lower edge to knit the ribbing. To finish the bonnet, one or two I-Cords are attached. The textured pattern consists of twisted stitches.
